The Villa Asteria is built on a hill overhanging the Messara bay,
in a very quiet place, where you'll enjoy
the peacefulness of a preserved nature.
The coastal village of Kalamaki, where you'll find
minimarkets, bakery, restaurants and a long, sandy beach,
lies about one kilometre away.
The towns of Tymbaki and Moires, where you can find
everything you need (including typical markets and a health centre),
are just 7 and 12 kilometers away.

The villa itself (80 m2) has got
a living room and a kitchen, a corridor
leading to a bathroom and two bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds;
the other bedroom, which has its own private bathroom,
is furnished with a double bed.
Large windows and doors bring lot of light in all rooms,
and provide view to the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen is fully equipped
(electric hobs and oven, fridge, dishwasher, shelves).
The living room has got two sofas, an armchair, a fireplace,
television (with satellite) and stereo.

The villa is surrounded by roofed terraces,
to which bedrooms and living room have access.

to have your meal and enjoy the view on
the olive groves, the Asteroussia and Psiloritis mountains,
and the Messara gulf - where the sunset over the
Paximadia islands is every evening a different spectacle.

It has got two swimming pools,
one for small children and a normal one.
It is surrounded by a stone-made pavement and scale
leading to the house. A little further is the roofed,
